mainstreet bank-lowry hill sucks!

I have been banking at Mainstreet bank for awhile with average balances of $3,000 I forgot to make a deposit one day and unfortunately had a NSF check that overdrew my account my $400.00. They account had direct deposit coming in every 2 weeks and the branch president Returned this check.....when asked why he replied "due to a recent FDIC exam we had to change our policies and are RETURING all NSF checks. Before you open your account at Mainstreet bank I would question if you really want to partner with an institution like this. I would also like to know what transpired in that FDIC exam to initiate these changes?!?

are not helpful with anything....branch president is never there and does not know anything about banking!
